Love the way this light looks, could not understand how to shorten the cord or chain. Seems others were able to do this? It is rather bright if you look straight at the bulbs walking through.I also noticed a strange almost plastic burning smell or paint burning smell after leaving it on for almost 7 hours while away. That made me nervous? Anyone else?
