My husband and I argued for months. He was convinced that the fan I was looking for didn’t exist.We live in a small 1960s ranch style house with low ceilings. This low profile fan is excellent choice.The Dreo is easy install into existing ceiling light fixture. It has excellent functionality, it’s quiet, moves the air perfectly, and can be set up and controlled using the remote or app.I love this fan so much, I bought a second one.

Due to multiple heat waves impacting California, we decided to install fan for our dinning area so as avoid using central AC during meals. This fan is has really smart features and runs quiet. Tunable lights is added advantage. We are also saving on electricity costs as its DC motor.

Besides the short profile (from the ceiling) it is the most quiet fan I’ve had. It’s big enough for a small bedroom like 9x10ft. A couple times I notice it makes some “ball grinding” sound like others have mentioned then it either stops itseff or gone when I change the speed. Most of the time it’s so quiet, no humming sound. I will buy this brand again because of the smart Dreo app. It connects to Alexa so no more worry about losing the remote control. I just set it as turning on and off the fan 4 times a day, 7 days a week for my bedroom and I didn’t have to touch the wall switch ever since. When I need light on, I just say Alexa Turn on Ceiling Fan Light and that is it. Likewise , Alexa turn off Ceiling Fan light. Sometimes I’d reach for the remote to dim or brighter the light but most of the time the Timer schedule I set takes care of my daily light need for the bedroom. The remote is big enough that I can easily find it so this fan deserves a 5 🌟

The assembly was easy and straightforward. Integration with the app was flawless. Remote isn’t cluttered with silly buttons. Light out put is crazy bright. It would’ve been nice for it to have gone dimmer, but the light output of the fan is crazy bright. The air flow is about standard for that size fan would be nice to have a smart fan with more style options in a larger size hopefully this product line will develop into that. The last option that would be a nice add-on. Is if the fan actually had a thermostat to read ambient room temperature like 90% of Their home, comfort products. As the title states, this is another good product from Dreo.

So this fan was very easy to install, is very quiet and it moves air very well! The remote is easy to use and definitely comes in handy. My only downside is this fan was put in my bedroom. I use the light switch over the remote to turn the light on and off when I enter/exit the room just due to convenience of having the remote next to my bed. HOWEVER, the ‘beeping’ noise the fan makes when you turn the light on by the switch is very loud, long, and obnoxious.. yes you can turn the sound off on the remote and app, but every time you turn the light/fan off by the main switch on the wall it plays the loud obnoxious BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP, regardless. Honestly this fan would be perfect without the loud beep! Would love to install another one of these in my living room, however I won’t until either that setting can be fixed or updated.

So far, this ceiling fan is a fantastic value. I bought primarily for its simple design and Alexa integration. It looks and performs great in my bedroom and I will install more of them throughout house. The ability to change the brightness and color temperature is nice. It is silent and at 4 of 12 speeds keeps the room cool.Alexa integration is easy and useful.Update: I bought fans for several rooms and one had issues with dimming. I contacted tech support and they arranged for a replacement which made my purchase decision through this seller even better.

This fan is compact but very strong. It’s super quiet and the light is as bright as you want. Lots of settings for both the fan and light. BONUS: it’s all remote!!!!!
